Red Rocks Park is a trail system and park area for walking, snowshoeing, running, and more located right in South Burlington. The area is open everyday from 9 am to 7 pm and offers a variety of scenic walking trails through the woods and by the shore of Lake Champlain. Additionally, there is a small beach that is open for use to the public with restrooms that are accessible from June 18th to August 11th. Some of the many benefits of Red Rocks include the 2.5 mile trail system, picnic areas, swimming in the summer, convenient parking lot space, and its close proximity to the Burlington Bike Path.
